ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING NOTIFICATION

Dear Doctors

The 53rd Annual General Body Meeting of the Indian Dental Association, Karnataka State Branch will be held on Sunday the 2nd November 2025 at 2:00 pm at Ajvi Ocean Resort, Karwar.

As a Member of the Indian Dental Association, Karnataka State Branch , please feel obliged to attend the meeting and take active part in the deliberations.

ATTENTION
  1. Entry into AGM will be on production of ID Card issued by IDA, Head Office.
  2.  Members who have not received their Photo ID from Head Office, contact State Secretary on 98455 71071 before 15th October 2025
  3. Members carrying the Admission card issued by the State office should also carry photo identity cards
    issued by competent authorities (Eg. Card issued by Election Commission, D.L., PAN Card)

  • Nominations duly proposed and Seconded with the consent of the candidate should reach the Hon. Secretary's Office on or before 15th October 2025 by 5-00 p.m.
  • The last date for withdrawal of the nomination is 20th October 2025 before 5-00 p.m.
  • There is no prescribed nomination form and hence nominations should be sent on a plain paper with
    signature of the proposed and seconded with the consent of the candidate. Necessary certificates
    should be enclosed with the nominations.
  • Any resolutions to be brought forward by the local branch or individual members should reach the Hon. State Secretary on or before 15th October 2025.
